Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of appointment will require full payment.
Please note: All appointments exceeding 30 minutes duration require a deposit of 50% of the treatment total.

Failure to pay your deposit or confirm in the days leading up to your appointment may result in the cancellation of your treatment.

These deposits are non-refundable unless the Cancellation Policy has been followed.

When booking appointments online or in-clinic, you automatically agree to our Cancellation Policy.

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments within 24 hours of your appointment will incur an automatic fee.

For appointments under 30 minutes, you will incur a fee of 100% of your treatment cost.

Appointments of 30 minutes or more will forfeit their pre-paid deposit (50% of total treatment cost)
